One of my favorite places in Madrid is La Rosaleda del Parque del Retiro (The Rose Garden at Retiro Park). As a florist, there’s nothing I love more than beautiful roses everywhere! When I went a few weeks ago, they weren’t all blooming yet so I’m going to try to go again this weekend. It’s a great spot to just sit and enjoy the sun. My allergies have been horrible since I’ve moved to Spain but it’s totally worth it to be surrounded by beautiful flowers! Life has been a bit complicated lately so I’m trying to get out more and there’s been no better place for me than here.
